🔙 Refund
Regretting your purchase?
Sorry, we can not buy back any tickets. The Distance Contracts Act’s rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are therefore bound by your purchase. Illness and accidents are not a valid reason for repurchase.
Unless the organizer of the event has decided otherwise, tickets are usually not personal. This means that you can sell or donate your ticket if you no longer have the opportunity to use it.
Canceled event?
Unfortunately, events are sometimes canceled. It can be due to many different factors, and it can come at very short notice.
If an event is canceled, you should immediately contact the responsible arena/organizer, who is responsible for questions about possible redemption of tickets.
In many cases, Tickster, on behalf of the organizer, redeems tickets at canceled events.
Repurchases usually take place within 2 weeks, but sometimes it can take longer than that.
Service fees?
Whether a refund is made including or excluding the service fee, is a decision made by the organizer. If you have any thoughts about this, you can contact the organizer directly as Tickster usually does not have insight into what is behind the decision.
