When you sell via Tickster, our ticket support for your visitors and customers is included. Here you can refer your ticket buyers with all kinds of questions – before, after and during your event. Our ticket support helps you to sell more tickets through easy reservation of tickets by phone, which are then easily paid via Swish/MobilePay, advance invoice or payment link directly in the webshop.

Self-service portal

In the Tickster self-service portal MyTickster, your ticket buyers can view their purchases and receipts, download tickets, manage pooled tickets, forward and exchange events from a season ticket and much more. This service can also be customized according to your graphic profile.
