DataStudio is now available to everyone!

by Frida Ekelund

We have now made DataStudio available for all our event organizers. DataStudio offers you new ways to visualize and track your sales. You decide which data you want to track and how it should be presented—from simple key metrics to graphs, timelines, and more detailed tables.

Build dashboards based on your needs

In DataStudio, you can build your own dashboards using data filters and widgets. With data filters, you determine which sales to include. For example, you can create filters for specific events, productions, sales types, or time periods. Then, you choose how the information should be displayed using different types of widgets.

Among other things, you can:

  • Track sales over time
  • Compare sales across events
  • View key metrics for sales, number of purchases, and number of items
  • Track sales against set goals
  • Create top lists and comparisons
  • View detailed sales data in tables

You can combine multiple widgets on the same dashboard and build different dashboards for different needs.

Filter and track sales

A dashboard can be filtered by event, production, and sales period, among other criteria. You can also save filters that you use frequently. For dashboards that are meant to stay open and be monitored continuously, automatic updates and full-screen view are available.

Share dashboards with others

You can also create sharing links for one or more dashboards. This allows you to give colleagues or partners access to relevant sales data without them needing to be able to create or edit content in DataStudio. The sharing link can also be restricted to specific events.
