Tickster’s history

Tickster was started in Arvika in 2007 after our founders ran the Arvika Festival for a long time and saw a great need for a more complete and organizer-focused ticket system. It turned out that the ticketing system was too good to keep to ourselves, so we started offering the system to other organizers.

Today you probably have to describe our Tickster as a success story. From the small festival company we once were, today we have the privilege of working with all types of events from the smallest to the largest.

We firmly believe that our two most important ingredients have been instrumental in getting us here. We must have Sweden’s best support for both the organizer and its ticket buyers. And we must constantly develop and refine our products. That’s why today we have over 20 developers who make Tickster’s platform stronger on a daily basis. And on the other side, we have 25 people who support this so that you as an organizer can create an unforgettable customer journey for ticket buyers; From the purchase of the ticket until they leave the event.

Today we have offices in Arvika and Gothenburg and are constantly looking for talents who want to be part of our team. We are proud of our helpful collaborative culture, each other’s relevant knowledge and experience, but also our constant focus on having fun together.
