Design your wallet tickets!

With Wallet designs, you can control how your tickets look when customers save them to their mobile Wallet. You can now customise colours and images to suit your event or brand – and see the result straight away in the editor. You’ll find this feature in Manager under Settings – Design – Wallet Design. When creating a new design, you can start from scratch or use your own template or a Tickster template.
Customise the header, text and background colours and see the changes immediately in the preview.
Add images
Logo – appears at the top of the ticket and is mandatory.
Icon – used in Wallet lists and notifications, amongst other places, and is mandatory.
Background image – optional and can only be displayed on an iPhone.
The editor displays recommended image sizes, and you can upload PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF and BMP files.
In the preview, you can see how colours, images and ticket information work together. You can also simulate elements such as seat selection, entry details and time fields.
Once the design is complete, save it and you can then select it as the default layout from the overview of Wallet designs.
