Easier to find what you need in Manager

We’ve updated the menu structure in Manager to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. Related features are now grouped more clearly in the same place – without changing the features themselves. Tip! You can also use the Quick search field in Manager to quickly search for and find the feature you want to use.
Articles are now grouped in one place
Under Tickets & Goods, you’ll now find the Articles section, which brings together tickets, goods, packages, gift certificates, ticket pools and season offers, among other things.
The menu options have also been given shorter and clearer names. For example, List and create tickets is now simply called Tickets.
Settings related to articles are grouped separately under Article settings, making it clearer what you’re working with and where to change the relevant settings.
Support becomes Customer Service
The Support menu has been renamed Customer Service and brings together features used when helping customers. Here you’ll find:
- Find purchase
- Ticket information
- Handle Giftcertificate
- Withdraw printed tickets
- Print tickets
- Free tickets
BoxPoint is now also located under Customer Service. If you want to download BoxPoint, you’ll find Download BoxPoint there.
This change is a first step towards a cleaner and easier-to-navigate Manager.
