Customize MyTickster and display offers and information using widgets

We’re continuing to develop MyTickster so you can put your own stamp on it and use the site for more than just collecting your customers’ tickets and purchases. Customize the look to match your brand identity and create widgets with information, offers, and links that are relevant to your visitors.
As an event organizer, to customize MyTickster and create widgets, you first need to activate your own MyTickster page, such as my.tickster.com/organizer.

Let MyTickster reflect your brand
MyTickster is where your customers find their purchases, tickets, receipts, and other features linked to their account. With your own MyTickster page, you can also customize the experience so that it feels like a natural part of your brand.
Among other things, you can use your own logo, images, colors, and fonts, as well as customize buttons, the header, and the footer. This way, customers are greeted with a familiar look and feel even when they log in to MyTickster.
Fill the page with relevant content
With widgets, you can also use MyTickster to highlight information and content related to the event. Since the content is located in the same place as the customer’s tickets, you can gather information that’s relevant both before and after the event.
For example, use widgets to:
- Provide information about entry times, bag policies, accessibility, transportation, or parking
- Highlight food, drinks, and other on-site services
- Link to the merch shop, membership options, or upcoming events
- Showcase partners, offers, and sponsor messages
- Recommend hotels and other services that may be relevant to the visitor
Widgets can contain text, images, and links and are displayed in full or half width depending on the content you want to highlight. The content can also be customized for Swedish, English, Norwegian, and Danish.
