Personal campaigns – now available
by Frida Ekelund
You can now use personal campaigns in Promote – without limitations. This means you can give each recipient a unique offer, gain better control over your campaigns, and track exactly what leads to purchases.
What are personal campaigns?
With personal campaigns, each recipient gets a unique campaign link or code connected to the same campaign.
This means you can:
- Offer individual deals
- Control exactly how many tickets each person can buy
- Prevent offers from being shared
- Track exactly who uses the campaign
In short: you move from broad messaging to controlled, personalized offers.
How it works in practice
You first create a campaign in Manager and then use it in Promote.
When you make the campaign personal:
- Each recipient gets their own unique link or code
- Everyone is connected to the same campaign – but used individually
- Limitations (e.g. number of tickets) apply per recipient
This allows you to work more precisely – without losing control.
When is it useful?
Personal campaigns are particularly useful when you want to:
- Reward loyal visitors
- Offer early access to specific target groups
- Create exclusive offers
- Ensure discounts are used as intended

From limitation to possibility
Previously, there was a limitation that prevented personal campaigns from being used in Promote. This has now been removed – and the feature is ready to use.
Beta version
Promote is still in beta, which means that features may change over time and availability will gradually expand.
