Sign-up form in Promote!

by Frida Ekelund

Building your own contact list is an important part of successful marketing. With Pages in Promote, you can easily create public forms where visitors can sign up to receive information, news, or updates about upcoming events.

What is a page?

A page is a public landing page that you can share outside of Promote. For example, the link can be published on your website, shared on social media, sent in a newsletter, or used via a QR code on-site during an event.

The most common use is a registration form where the visitor enters their email address and confirms that they want to sign up. Once registration is complete, the person is created as a contact in Promote and can be automatically added to a selected list.

Why use pages?

Pages make it easy to collect new contacts in a structured and GDPR-compliant way. Since visitors register themselves and confirm their email addresses, you’ll have a contact list of people who have actively chosen to receive information from you.

Pages are particularly well-suited when you want to:

  • Collect expressions of interest for an upcoming event
  • Allow visitors to subscribe to news and updates
  • Build target audiences for future mailings
  • Share a public registration link outside of Promote
  • Ensure that all registrations are confirmed by the visitor themselves

Please note that only the fields in the template can be used. Custom fields are not supported, and therefore the information in them will not be collected.
