View upcoming events in the online shop

Make it easier for visitors to plan their ticket purchases. With the new online shop setting, upcoming events can be displayed even before ticket sales have started.
Events in productions and collection events with a scheduled ticket sale start date can now be displayed in the online shop before tickets go on sale. Visitors can see the event’s date, venue and scheduled ticket sale start date, but cannot select tickets or complete a purchase until tickets go on sale.
This makes it possible to provide information about upcoming events well in advance, whilst clearly showing when tickets will go on sale.
This feature is disabled by default and is enabled via the online shop setting Allow more information before sale start.
