Tickster was started in Arvika in 2007 after our founders had been running the Arvika Festival for a long time and saw a great need for a more complete and organizer-focused ticketing system. It turned out that the ticketing system was too good to keep for ourselves, so we started offering the system to other organizers.
Today, our Tickster must be described as a success story. From the small festival company we once were, we now have the privilege of working with all types of events from the smallest to the largest.
We are convinced that our two most important ingredients have been crucial in getting us here. We will have Sweden’s best support for both the organizer and its ticket buyers. And we will constantly develop and refine our products. Therefore, we currently have over 20 developers who make Tickster’s platform stronger every day. And on the other side, we have 25 people who support this so that you as an organizer can create an unforgettable customer journey for ticket buyers; From the purchase of the ticket to the departure of the event.
Today we have offices in Arvika and Gothenburg and are constantly looking for talents who want to be part of our team. We are proud of our helpful collaborative culture, each other’s relevant knowledge and experience but also our constant focus on having fun together.
